Dr. Lillian Chan is a naturopathic physician, acupuncturist, and neurofeedback practitioner. She integrates these approaches to help her patients achieve optimal health.

Dr. Chan earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and Masters in Acupuncture from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon. During her seven years of training at NUNM, she took an interest in neurofeedback and completed a year-long internship learning techniques to enhance brain flexibility, stability, and efficiency. Her training also focused on pain management, supportive care for cancer and chronic illness, and gentle acupuncture techniques for children and those that are sensitive to needles

She previously worked at an integrative mental health clinic where she treated depression, anxiety, attention deficit disorder, PTSD, addiction, sleep disturbances, and eating disorders. She is a certified practitioner in the Low Energy Neurofeedback System (LENS) which is an effective treatment for the above conditions as well as migraines, chronic pain, and traumatic brain injuries. She also worked at a low-cost clinic where she provided adjunctive care for patients with cancer and chronic pain.

Dr. Chan offers a range of treatment options to patients of all ages. The conditions she treats often include mental-emotional health imbalances, post-concussion syndrome/traumatic brain injuries, brain fog/memory issues, headaches, pain, irregular sleep & insomnia, digestive issues, autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue/fibromyalgia, weight issues, hormonal imbalances, allergies, and environmental illness. Treatments are aimed at assisting the body to restore balance and encourage healing. Her approach is compassionate and collaborative, partnering with her patients and other practitioners to provide individualized and comprehensive care.

In her free time, she enjoys playing ultimate Frisbee, exploring the outdoors, recreating her favorite local restaurant dishes in her home kitchen, and spending time with her growing family, friends, and Charlie (the best cat in the world).
