Insurance & Clinic Policies

Please be aware of a few clinic policies:

Cancellation policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please kindly give at least 48 hours (2 business days) notice.

Current patients:

A fee of $75 will be assessed for appointments missed or cancelled without a 48-hour notice. If you have missed your appointment due to an emergency, please speak with Dr. Lillian Chan.

New patients:

We ask for credit card information when scheduling. Your card will only be charged in the event of a missed appointment or late cancellation.

**For new patient cancellations without a 48-hour notice or missed (no show) appointment, the full cost of the visit with your doctor will be charged.**

Late Arrivals


If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Rates and payment

As a courtesy, we will bill your primary and secondary insurance on your behalf. Each insurance plan is different, so please give us your insurance information when scheduling a new appointment. For those without insurance coverage, we ask that full payment be made at the time of service.

If your insurance is not listed, please call and inquire. We are happy to bill out of network for companies we are not contracted with.
