Your Visit

For New Patients
After your requested appointment time is approved, you will be sent paperwork. To make the most use of your visit, please fill out this paperwork 2 business days prior to your appointment to give time for sufficient review and to check on your insurance benefits if needed.
Your first appointment will be about 45-60 minutes. This allows time to hear your story, address your concerns, perform some examinations, and to do a brief treatment. We can also review any medical records including labs or imaging that you would like to share during this time. At the end of the visit, a full treatment plan will be provided and a follow-up appointment will be scheduled in 1-3 weeks.
What to bring
For acupuncture and bodywork sessions, please bring or wear loose clothing to comfortably bring your sleeves up above your elbows and your pant legs above your knees.
When you arrive
Please enter using the door code sent to you and have a seat in the waiting area. Alternatively, you can wait outside the clinic or in your car and send a text message to 503.715.2335 when you arrive.
